(“Publishing”), GATEHOUSE MEDIA OPERATING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company fka GATEHOUSE MEDIA OPERATING, INC. (“Operating” and together with Publishing, the “Company”), and Kirk A. Davis (“Executive”).
