(the “Adviser”), formerly known as Huntington Asset Advisors, Inc., and Mutual Fund and Variable Insurance Trust (the “Trust”), formerly known as The Huntington Funds, on behalf of each series of the Trust listed on Exhibit A (each a “Fund” and together the “Funds”).
