The Company is a Cayman Islands exempted company and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Rational Dynamic Momentum Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Mutual Fund and Variable Insurance Trust (the “Trust”). The purpose of the Company is to facilitate the implementation of the Fund’s investment strategies, in particular with respect to investments in commodity futures and other commodity-related derivatives instruments.
