THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 19th day of October, 2016 by and between Measured Risk Portfolios, Inc. (“the Adviser), a corporation organized under the laws of California and registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”), and Black Peak Capital, LLC a limited liability company organized under the laws of Connecticut and registered under the Advisers Act (the “Subadviser”), with respect to the Measured Risk Strategy Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Northern Lights Fund Trust IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).
