THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is effective as of the 14th day of November, 2018 between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Trust"), on behalf of the Sierra Tactical All Asset Fund, Sierra Tactical Core Income Fund, and Sierra Tactical Municipal Fund (each a “Fund” and collectively the "Funds") a series of the Trust and the Advisor of such Funds, Wright Fund Management, LLC (the "Advisor").
