THIS FUND SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of the 26th day of August, 2021, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST III, a Delaware statutory trust having its principal office and place of business at 225 Pictoria Drive, Suite 450, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246 (the "Trust") and ULTIMUS FUND SOLUTIONS, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company having its principal office and place of business at 225 Pictoria Drive, Suite 450, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246 (“UFS”).
