THIS OPERATING EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 15th day of December, 2021, by and between UNIFIED SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth on Appendix A attached hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and the investment adviser of the Funds, OneAscent Investment Solutions, LLC (the “Adviser”).

THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAN AND TRANSFER AGENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of March 1, 2022 by and between BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN & CO., a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of New York (“BBH&Co.” or, when referring to BBH&Co. in its capacity as custodian, the “Custodian,” and when referring to BBH&Co. in its capacity as transfer agent, the “TA”), and UNIFIED SERIES TRUST (the “Fund”), an open-end management investment company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Company Act of 1940, on behalf of each of its Portfolios listed on Schedule V (Portfolios of the Trust) to the Agreement (as defined below).
