THIS FUND SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of August 17, 2021, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust having its principal office and place of business at 225 Pictoria Drive, Suite 450, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246 (the “Trust”) and ULTIMUS FUND SOLUTIONS, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company having its principal office and place of business at 225 Pictoria Drive, Suite 450, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246 (“UFS”). This Agreement replaces and supersedes the existing fund services agreement between the parties hereto.
