This PLATFORM SERVICES, TRANSFER AGENT AND REGISTRAR AGREEMENT, including all exhibits hereto (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 14, 2021 (“Effective Date”), and is by and between Securitize LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 100 Pine Street, Suite 1250, San Francisco, CA 94111 (“Securitize”) and Arca U.S. Treasury Fund, a Delaware statutory trust with offices at 4151 Redwood Ave., Suite 206, Los Angeles, CA 90066 (the “Issuer”), each a “Party”, together the “Parties”.

THIS FUND SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated the 17th day of November, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between ARCA U.S. TREASURY FUND, a Delaware statutory trust having its principal office and place of business at 4151 Redwood Ave., Suite 206, Los Angeles, CA 90066 (the "Trust") and ULTIMUS FUND SOLUTIONS, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company having its principal office and place of business at 225 Pictoria Drive, Suite 450, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246 (“UFS”). This Agreement replaces and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements between the parties hereto for the services described below.
