THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) made as of November 19, 2021, by and between Peachtree Alternative Strategies Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”), with its principal office and place of business at 225 Pictoria Drive, Suite 450, Cincinnati, OH 45246, and HB Wealth Management, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, with its principal office and place of business at 3550 Lenox Rd, NE, Suite 2700, Atlanta, GA 30326 (the “Adviser”).
