This AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 16th day of September, 2022 by and between AlphaCentric Prime Meridian Income Fund, a Delaware statutory trust, having its principal office and place of business at 36 North New York Avenue, Huntington, NY 11743 (the “Fund”) and MFund Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a principal place of business at 36 North New York Avenue, Huntington, NY 11743 (“MFund”).
