This AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 24th day of June, 2022 by and between Mutual Fund and Variable Insurance Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, having its principal office and place of business at 4221 North 203rd Street, Suite 100, Elkhorn Nebraska 68022 (the “Trust”) and MFund Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation with a principal place of business at 36 North New York Avenue, Huntington, NY 11743 (“MFund”).
