This Distribution Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated March 3, 2023 is made by and among DGI Investment Trust, a collective investment trust organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (the “Trust”), Oriental Trust, a separately identifiable division of Oriental Bank, a commercial bank organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (the “Advisor”), and Northern Lights Distributors, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Nebraska (“Distributor”).
