This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 13, 2023, by and between Cantor Fitzgerald Investment Advisors, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Advisor”) and Smith Group Asset Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sub-Advisor”), in relation to the Cantor Growth Equity Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Cantor Select Portfolios Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).
