THIS EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is effective as of January 11, 2024, by and between Alpha Omega Group, Inc. dba AOG Wealth Management (the “Adviser”) and AOG Institutional Fund (the “Fund”).
AMENDED AND RESTATED MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENTMaster Services Agreement • January 29th, 2024 • AOG Institutional Fund • Ohio
This Amended and Restated Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated August 18, 2023, is between AOG Institutional Fund (the “Fund”), and Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC (“Ultimus”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Ohio. This Agreement replaces and supersedes the existing Master Services Agreement dated January 11, 2022 between AOG Institutional Diversified Fund, AOG Institutional Diversified Tender Fund, AOG Institutional Diversified Master Fund, and Ultimus.
