This Amended and Restated Expense Limitation Agreement is made and entered into effective as of March 30, 2024, by and between the Connors Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Connors Hedged Equity Fund (the “Fund”), a series of shares of the Trust, and Connors Investor Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Adviser”).
