THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of the 1st day of July, 2024, by and between North Square Investments Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Trust indicated on Schedule A, which may be amended from time to time (the “Fund”), and the investment adviser of the Fund, Fort Pitt Capital Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Advisor”).

THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of June 10, 2024, is entered into by and between North Square Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office and place of business at 201 West Madison Street, Suite 2610, Chicago, IL 60606 (the “Adviser”), and Kennedy Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office and place of business at 10829 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63141 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
