This Investment Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of March 1, 2024, by and between Ultimus Managers Trust, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth on Schedule A attached hereto (individually the “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”), a series of shares of the Trust, and Westwood Management Corp., a New York corporation (the “Adviser”).

This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective as of March 1, 2024, is by and among Vident Asset Management (the “Sub-Adviser”), Ultimus Managers Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Westwood Salient Enhanced Midstream Income ETF and Westwood Salient Enhanced Energy Income ETF, each a series of the Trust (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), and Westwood Management Corp. (the “Adviser”).
