THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED OPERATING EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 15th day of October, 2024, and amends and restates the amended and restated operating expense limitation agreement dated the 9th day of September, 2023, by and between UNIFIED SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), solely on behalf of Absolute CEF Opportunities, formerly Absolute Strategies Fund (the “Fund”) and the investment adviser of the Fund, Absolute Investment Advisers LLC (the “Adviser”).
