ROGERS, a resident of the State of Texas (“Rogers”), to enter into the Promissory Note dated August 15, 2016, in the principal amount of ONE MILLION AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00) in favor of CATI OPERATING, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“CATI”), CATI’s parent company, LUCAS ENERGY, INC., a Nevada corporation (“LEI”), enters into this Loan Guaranty Agreement (the “Guaranty”) with Rogers as follows:
