This Assignment and Novation Agreement (this “Agreement”) dated and effective August [ ], 2017 (the “Effective Date”) is by and between Monaker Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Monaker”), Crystal Falls Investments, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Crystal Falls”), and Bettwork Industries Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Bettworks”).
