THIS INVESTMENT INVOLVES A HIGH DEGREE OF RISK. The Licensed Technology is connected with Isis Project Number: 3162 - NanoClock. The Licensee wishes to acquire a licence to the Licensed Technology and Isis is willing to license the Licensed Technology to the Licensee, on the terms of this agreement.
