This CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of September 25, 2017 among PHILLIPS EDISON GROCERY CENTER OPERATING PARTNERSHIP II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”), PHILLIPS EDISON GROCERY CENTER REIT II, INC.
