This Amended and Restated Dealer Manager Agreement (this “Dealer Manager Agreement”), entered into by and between Hines Global Income Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) and Hines Private Wealth Solutions LLC (f/k/a Hines Securities, Inc.)
