This SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20 day of November, 2014 (“Effective Date”) between and among Benjamin Lanshoff hereafter referred to as the “Buyer”, and Sunrise Tours, Inc, a corporation of the State of Nevada hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”. All of the parties to this Agreement are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
