This letter agreement and release (the “Agreement”) confirms the agreement entered into between you and your Employer regarding the termination of your employment effective March 31, 2021 (“Termination Date”) and explains the package of separation compensation and benefits that has been specially developed for you in consideration of a fully bargained for release and settlement of any and all claims that you have presently, may have or have had in the past arising from your employment with and termination of your employment from the Employer up to and including the date you execute this Agreement.
