THIS AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is hereby entered into as of November 4, 2020, effective as of February 13, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Endo Health Solutions Inc. (the "Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Endo International plc ("Endo"), and Matthew J. Maletta ("Executive") (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the parties").
