EVENT SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 6, 2013, by and between Ibiza OU, a limited liability company duly existing under the laws of Estonia, formerly known as “Dreaminvest OU” (the “Company”), and Sarvik Corp., a Nevada, USA, corporation (the “Event Organizer”). The Company and Event Organizer shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Parties.”
