THIS INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 13th day of November, 2017, by and between American Realty Capital New York City REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Katie P. Kurtz (the “Indemnitee”), and shall become effective as of November 15, 2017 (the “Effective Date”).
