This Share Purchase Agreement is made and entered into as of the 27 th day of November, 2019 (this “Agreement”), by and between Paul Moody and Jeffrey DeNunzio (collectively the “Sellers”), Lykato Group, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company (the “Purchaser”), and Sigmata Electronics, Inc. (“SMGE” or the “Corporation”).
