This Restricted Share UnitS Award Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Weatherford International plc, an Irish public limited company (the “Company”), and the individual who has signed or electronically accepted this Agreement (the “Holder”), effective as of __________ ___, 20___, pursuant to the Weatherford International plc 2010 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended and restated on June 17, 2014, and further amended on June 16, 2015 and June 15, 2017 (the “Plan”), which is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
