THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), entered into November 2, 2016, effective as of November 14, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), is between ASHFORD INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland and having its principal place of business at Dallas, Texas, ASHFORD HOSPITALITY ADVISORS, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and having its principal place of business at Dallas, Texas (the “Company”), and Richard J. Stockton, an individual residing in Minneapolis, Minnesota (the “Executive”).
