This FIRST AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT, is dated as of October 2, 2023 (this “Amendment”), by and among Avanos Medical, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and SunMed Group Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Buyer”).
