This Exporter Services Agreement (this "Agreement") is effective as of the date of the agreement is 6/21/2015 (the "Effective Date") and is by and between AmericaTowne, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business at 353 E. Six Forks Road, Suite 270 in Raleigh, North Carolina 27609 ("AmericaTowne"), and Community and Global Learning Systems, LLC (Global Learning) doing business at 11408 Rosebud Bend Lane #331 Glen Allen Va. 23059 USA ("Exporter"). AmericaTowne and Exporter are collectively referred to as the "Parties" or each individually as a "Party".
