This Exporter Services Agreement (this "Agreement") is effective as of the date of the agreement is 6/29/2015 (the "Effective Date") and is by and between AmericaTowne, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business at 353 E. Six Forks Road, Suite 270 in Raleigh, North Carolina 27609 ("AmericaTowne"), and USA Africa Lelo Business ("USA Africa Lelo") doing business at 4224 Ivy Hill Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27616 ("Exporter"). AmericaTowne and Exporter are collectively referred to as the "Parties" or each individually as a "Party".
