This Exporter Services Agreement (this "Agreement") is effective as of the date of the agreement is 9/28/2015 (the "Effective Date") and is by and between AmericaTowne, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business at 353 E. Six Forks Road, Suite 270 in Raleigh, North Carolina 27609 ("AmericaTowne"), and Rocker Electrical Company, Limited (Rocker) of Kenya doing business at P.O. Box 40989-80100 Mombasa, Kenya ("Exporter"). AmericaTowne and Exporter are collectively referred to as the "Parties" or each individually as a "Party".
