This Exporter Services Agreement (this "Agreement") is effective as of the date of the agreement is 11/07/2015 (the "Effective Date") and is by and between AmericaTowne, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business at 4700 Homewood Court, Suite 100 Raleigh, North Carolina 27609 USA ("AmericaTowne"), and Stinson Enterprises Inc. (Stinson) a Georgia Corporation doing business at 314 E Chatham Street Apex, NC 27502 USA ("Exporter"). AmericaTowne and Exporter are collectively referred to as the "Parties" or each individually as a "Party".
