THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated October 3, 2018 (the “Execution Date”), by and between Veneto Holdings, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company (the “Seller”), and NuGenerex Distribution Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Buyer”).
