Garber (“Scientific Advisory Board Member” also referred to as “SAB Member”), a natural person whose address is at 3012 South Durango, Las Vegas NV and SYBLEU INC. Inc. (“Company”), a Wyoming corporation whose principal office address is 4700 Spring Street, Suite 304, La Mesa CA 91942. SAB Member and Company may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
