THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, including the exhibits referred to herein and attached hereto (the “Agreement”), effective as of 2-24, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between SYBLEU INC., a Wyoming corporation (“Licensor”) and Oncology Pharma, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee may be referred to in this Agreement each as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
