This Consulting Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 7, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and among Society Pass, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Parent”), Thoughtful Media Group Incorporated, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Basic Consultants, Inc. f/s/o Nicholas Lynch (the “Consultant”).
