THIS SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Purchase Agreement”'), dated as of June 30, 2016, is entered into by and among Key Link Assets Corp., a Delaware corporation (“KYLK” or “Issuer”), and Berwin Trading Limited, a British Virgin Islands company (“Purchaser”).
