THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st of December, 2016 (the “Start Date”), by and between David Jin (the “Executive”) and Avalon GloboCare Corp., a Delaware corporation, currently headquartered at 83 South Street, Suite 101, Freehold, New Jersey 07728 (the “Company”).
