(“Lessee”), an Arizona entity with its principal office at 4802 E Ray Rd., Ste. #23-30, Phoenix, AZ 85044 and a registered agent address of 815 North First Ave, Suite 4, Phoenix, AZ 85003, with a fax number of 866 -960-1539.
