THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of this 25th day of May, 2017, between MALVERN BANCORP, INC., a Pennsylvania business corporation (the “Corporation”), MALVERN FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, a federally chartered stock savings bank (the “Bank”), and ANTHONY C. WEAGLEY, an adult individual (“Executive”).
