(the “Company”), all of the Subsidiaries of the Company, which Subsidiaries are set forth on Schedule I hereto (the Subsidiaries, and together with the Company, collectively the “Debtors”) and the holder of the Company’s 6% Secured Promissory Note in the original principal amount of $200,000 due on or about [_______], [___] (the “Note”), signatory hereto, its endorsees, transferees and assigns (collectively, the “Secured Parties”).
