This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of March 30, 2018, (“Effective Date”), by and between One Horizon Group, (NASDAQ: OHGI), a Delaware Corporation with an office and place of business located at 34 South Molton Street, London W1K 5RG UK (“OHGI” or the “Company”), and BK Consulting Group, a Florida Limited Liability Company (“BK” or the “Consultant”) with an office and place of business located at 21290 N.E. 23rd Avenue, Aventura, Florida, 33180, USA. The Company and/or the Consultant may each be referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
