This RESTRICTED STOCK UNIT AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 28, 2019 (the “Grant Date”), and is between Inspired Entertainment, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and [PARTICIPANT NAME] (the “Participant”), an employee of the Company or one of its subsidiaries.
