THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of February 18, 2020 by and among, Zhao Lixin, Purchasers’ Representative, representing the Purchasers shown in Exhibit D (“Purchaser”), Lepota Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), Rene Lawrence (the “Selling Party”), and Iurii Iurtaev (the “Executive”). The Purchaser, the Company, the Selling Party, and the Executive are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually referred to herein as a “Party.”
