This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of March 1, 2022, is by and among Evofem Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices located at 12400 High Bluff Drive, Suite 600, San Diego, California 92130 (the “Company”), and each of the investors listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (individually, a “Buyer” and collectively, the “Buyers”).
